This Weeks Happenings

My kraut got finished after a week or 2 in the crock so I canned it and made 6 quarts. Actually got to barbecue something. Had a craving for pulled pork sandwiches. Came out pretty good! Picked some collards from the garden and had them with some Nashville hot chicken. Still working on a good recipe for that. And to round it off made Cincinnati Chili. Burrrrp!
